Our admin team are here from 12:00-20:30 Monday – Thursday and 9:30-3:30 on Fridays, please call between these times for any enquiries or to speak to a member of the team.

Counselling
We offer free counselling for up to 8 weeks for young people aged between 11-25 and up to 6 weeks for parents or carer’s
Group Work
We offer Group Work programs for both Young people and Parents or Carers
Young Carer’s
We offer clubs for young carer’s to take a break from caring responsibilities, explore coping techniques and enjoy free time & fun
Parent Support
Support options to help parents/carers to develop the knowledge, confidence and tools needed to support young people
