Our counselling and groupwork services help young people find the right tools that work for them to look after their mental health and wellbeing now and in the future, and the work we do with parents and carers helps them support the young people in their lives.
As a small grassroots charity, we rely on donations to ensure that all our services are free. Please help us to be there when it matters, providing a safe space to explore emotions and manage challenges.
Help us create brighter futures.
Just Giving
We have a Just Giving page, perfect for sponsored fundraising efforts like the Great South Run, danceathons or a bake sale.
DonateRegular Giving
A regular gift to OTR means that we can see and help more young people and we can rely on that income. With your support regularly you can help us plan for the future. To set up a regular gift, please visit our donation page.
DonateLegacy Giving
Leaving a gift in a will is an incredible way to support our charity and will impact so many young people for years to come. There are two ways to donate to OTR in your will, your solicitor will help you:
- A residual gift: Is a share of what remains in your estate after the legacies, debts and administration expenses have been paid.
- A pecuniary gift: Is a specific sum of money from your estate.
When leaving a gift in your will you’ll need our details which are:

Giving in Memory
A donation in memory of your loved one is a wonderful way to celebrate their life, knowing that the funds will go to support young people’s future journey. It may be that you want to make a collection in lieu of flowers, you can do this by setting up a Just Giving page or you may ask your Funeral Director to collect donations on your behalf.
