Help us be there for the young people and families who need us

Every day, young people across Havant and South East Hampshire face mental health challenges they shouldn’t have to face alone. At Off The Record, we offer free, confidential support, but we can’t do it without your help.

Your donation could fund a counselling session, train a volunteer or simply let a young person know they are not alone

£5

Could pay for a telephone support call

£25

Could pay for a young person to attend a Group Work session

£50

Could pay for a young person to attend a counselling session

Our counselling and groupwork services help young people find the right tools that work for them to look after their mental health and wellbeing now and in the future, and the work we do with parents and carers helps them support the young people in their lives.

As a small grassroots charity,  we rely on donations to ensure that all our services are free. Please help us to be there when it matters, providing a safe space to explore emotions and manage challenges.

Help us create brighter futures.

Just Giving

We have a Just Giving page, perfect for sponsored fundraising efforts like the Great South Run, danceathons or bake sales.

Regular Giving

A regular gift to OTR means we can see and help more young people and rely on that income. With your support regularly, you can help us plan for the future.

Legacy Giving

•A residual gift is a share of what remains in your estate after the legacies, debts and administration expenses have been paid.

•A pecuniary gift is a specific sum of money from your estate

Giving in memory

A donation in memory of your loved one is a wonderful way to celebrate their life, knowing that the funds will go to support young people’s future journeys. It may be that you want to make a collection instead of flowers, you can do this by setting up a Just Giving page, or you may ask your Funeral Director to collect donations on your behalf.
