Our counselling and groupwork services help young people find the right tools that work for them to look after their mental wellbeing now and in the future, and the work we do with parents and carers helps them support the young people in their lives.
As a small grassroots charity we rely on a mix of funding streams to deliver our counselling and groupwork sessions. It costs around £400 to put one person through a clinical assessment and six weeks of counselling and we support upwards of 600 young people a year.
If you would rather send us a cheque please make it payable to Off The Record South East Hampshire

A regular gift to OTR means that we can see and help more young people and we can rely on that income, with your support regularly you can help us plan for the future. To set up regular giving you can either set up a direct debit through your bank or give via your payroll you just need to ask your employer about giving to charity through your monthly payments.
Leaving a gift in a will is an incredible way to support our charity and will impact so many young people for years to come. There are two ways to donate to OTR in your will, your solicitor will help you:
- A residual gift: Is a share of what remains in your estate after the legacies, debts and administration expenses have been paid.
- A pecuniary gift: Is a specific sum of money from your estate.
