Our counselling and groupwork services help young people find the right tools that work for them to look after their mental wellbeing now and in the future, and the work we do with parents and carers helps them support the young people in their lives.
As a small grassroots charity we rely on a mix of funding streams to deliver our counselling and groupwork sessions. It costs around £400 to put one person through a clinical assessment and six weeks of counselling and we support upwards of 600 young people a year.
If you would rather send us a cheque please make it payable to Off The Record South East Hampshire
