Supporting young people’s mental health to fulfil their potential for a brighter future
We are an independent charity in Leigh Park and offer free mental health support for local young people and their families. Our services are available for those living in Havant and South East Hampshire
We offer 8 weeks of free counselling if you are aged 11-25. If you are a parent or carer of a young person aged 11-25 you can receive 6 weeks of free counselling with us.
We also offer other support services such as..
- A Group Work program where you can learn about your emotions and how to manage them
- Young Carer’s support program where you can join our weekly groups with other Young Carer’s, make new friends with others in a similar position to you, receive support, take part in fun activities and go on regular trips.
- Parent/carer Group Work program designed to give you the tools, knowledge and support when raising teenagers

Family Counselling for families with children aged 8-25, their parents, carers, siblings, blended families, and grandparents for up to 6 family members. It focuses on the relationships and interactions between the family and offers a neutral and safe space to allow everyone to be heard and find alternative ways for families to navigate forward to be happier and healthier.
